and directed by Anna van de Water.

Wanaka, Albert Town, Lake Hawea, Luggate, and Cardrona.

OUR TEAM
Immersed in the local property industry since 2017, Anna’s journey began as a Licensed Salesperson
with the most established Real Estate agency in Wanaka.
She advanced to lead the Property Management business, where she successfully grew the rental portfolio over several years while managing the team and office.
She played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion and progress during this time.
In 2021, Anna achieved a NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management, complementing her Social Work background and qualifications. This unique blend gives her a distinct perspective when working alongside landlords and tenants.
Anna is also an accredited member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Drawing on her wealth of experience and new outlook, Anna has founded Pembroke Property Management. She believes her approach will benefit landlords and tenants alike and looks forward
to pursuing new opportunities together.
Sam joined the Pembroke Property Management team mid 2025,
embarking on an exciting new career in the property industry.
Sam holds a Diploma in Business Communications and Marketing.
She brings a diverse background in early childhood education, where she developed leadership, organisational, and relationship management skills. Sam's natural ability to connect with people
and coordinate complex tasks translates seamlessly into property management.
Currently undertaking her industry qualification, Sam is building a strong foundation of practical experience within the sector. One of her proudest personal achievements is building her first home in
Longview, Lake Hawea with her partner - a testament to her dedication and determination.
Sam is thrilled to be part of the Pembroke Property Management team and
is eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
